Shipping policy

Processing Times

• Ready-to-Ship items are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.

• Preorder items will ship within 6 to 8 weeks from the purchase date to allow for production and quality assurance.

Note: If your order contains both Ready to Ship and Preorder items, the entire order will ship together once all items are available. Want your Ready to Ship items faster? We recommend placing two separate orders.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

✅ Domestic (U.S.) Orders
All domestic orders ship via UPS or USPS, depending on your location and package size. Shipping rates and times vary based on destination and selected method. Tracking info will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

🌍 International Orders
International orders are shipped via the carrier and service of your choice at checkout. Shipping rates and times vary based on destination and selected method. All international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.

 

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Delivery times vary by destination, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. International delivery times depend on the carrier and location.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
